16 CPE HOURS!

PLEASE ASK YOURSELF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

- DO YOU SPEND TOO MUCH OF YOUR DAY PUTTING OUT FIRES?
- DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO CATCH UP?
- ARE YOU BEHIND ON COLLECTIONS BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO
FOLLOW-UP THE WAY YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD?

If you answered "YES" to any of those questions it might just be your own fault. So many practitioners make the ongoing investment in staff wages hoping to dig themselves out of their hole. Next thing you see is they are busier than ever doing all they did before and trying to find work to "keep the staff busy" too.

Here is the "Perfect" solution to your dilemma:
Send your staff to the PTA Program!

Imagine the following scenario after your Administrative Assistant or Tax Technician attends this program...

You wake up and get up when you're ready, go for your morning coffee, and arrive at the office feeling fresh and relaxed. Next, you spend a few minutes reviewing well-organized files prepared by your Administrative Assistant, with your Tax Technician, answering the Tech's questions and giving direction.

After your meeting with your Tax Technician, you proceed to the files for today's appointments. As usual, some appointments are for in-process cases and some are for new prospective clients.  Because the files are orderly and the status of each case is clearly noted by your Tax Technician; your review time is minimal. Needed information is listed along with the Tech's observations. Additionally, your Administrative Assistant has updated and noted the fee status; so you know who to ask for a payment during your meeting. Further; for the prospective clients, the Administrative Assistant has entered the pre-interview notes in the file and created the Tax Tools file.

Sounds Like Heaven Doesn't It? You're not scrambling around trying to remember where you are on each job, you can have a productive client meeting with just a brief review of the file your Tech has kept up to date and organized. The client is impressed with your efficiency and makes a mental note to refer you to his friend who also has a tax problem.

After Attending The PTA Program, Your Administrative Assistant /Tax Technician Will:
• Stay on top of the collections,
• Assure fees are collected before work is performed,

Read What Nationally Known Presenter, LG Brooks, EA, CTRS, NTPI Fellow Has To Say About This Program...
"Although very familiar with the protocols of taxation and representation, I realized that my staff needed more than my scant directions regarding the administration of a professional tax firm.  My brief, but enlightening discussion, with Ms. Norma Padilla, allowed me to realize that I needed "representation" concerning administrative procedures.  I recently committed a staff member to attend ASTPS's PTA PROGRAM under the direction of Ms. Padilla; I was so pleased with the results, that it is now MY FIRM'S NEW POLICY that any new Case Manager and/or Administrative Assistant hired by this firm be required to attend her program."

NORMA PADILLA, LEGAL ASSISTANT, TAX PROBLEM RESOLUTION REPRESENTATION CONSULTANT

Norma Padilla, President and CEO of Consulting & Training Solutions, Inc., has been managing, training, organizing, equipping and motivating individuals in personal and professional growth for twenty years. She entered the legal field in 1995, concentrating solely on solving IRS-related tax problems since 2002.  As the Tax Problem Resolution Manager of a Florida law firm, Norma is responsible for managing the day-to-day growth of this division, working daily with clients, analyzing and preparing cases for remedy and assisting in communicating with the clients and the IRS.

As a consultant, Norma’s business clients include CPAs, EAs and attorneys across the US, performing per diem services such as ordering and studying transcripts, analyzing cases, completing documents and forms for filing for remedy and determining appropriate remedies based on individual client circumstances.

As a sought-after professional and motivational speaker, Ms. Padilla often presents her two-day, sixteen-hour CPE course on this topic.  The course is delightfully heavy on the organizational building blocks of IRS representation at all administrative levels.  An attendee will not only know the IRS letter codes, how to respond to IRS liens/levies while preparing tax returns for resolution, but will also envision the potential of remedy or closing the taxpayer file within eight weeks!

Norma also does On-Site Consulting for Legal, CPA, and EA firms all over the United States, specializing in Training In-House staff including Practitioners, Paraprofessionals, Legal Assistants and Support Staff to organize and equip the staff of the Tax Problem Resolution Divisions of firms with efficiency, effectiveness, professionalism, and productive business practice to increase their Firm’s bottom line profit.

Norma's specialty has become identifying the goal and organizing and motivating individuals to best accomplish the identified goal.  She has used this ability to organize groups from 2-100 to see and be motivated to accomplish large projects.  Her innate organizational skills, people skills, public relations, motivation of others, public speaking and precise communication skills make her a positive asset to whatever project she undertakes.
